I’m Rachael Maddux, but you knew that already.
I’m the author of various nonfiction pieces, two short essay collections, and a forthcoming memoir called Life Expectancy.
I’m compelled by overlooked histories, everyday mythologies, obscure emotions, bad movies, good books, cemeteries, dogs, and babies.
After twenty-ish years in Atlanta, I now live in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where I grew up, with my husband and our daughter.
I’m represented by Duvall Osteen at UTA.
